Mental Health & Safety Week Kick Off

Mental Health and Safety Week is here, and this year’s theme, Come Together as One Team, is also how Purolator already works: looking out for each other on the road, in the terminal, and everywhere in between. Across the country, our teams are running local activities and conversations that put mental health and physical safety on equal ground. Visit www.purolatorhealth.com to see how Purolator Health supports our people year round.
  • Celebrating Earth Month at Purolator

From delivering using electric vehicles and e-bikes, to finding better ways to reuse and reduce, we are all trying to do our part. We’re going green for a better future, the health perks of living more sustainably and to make our communities better.

    March is Nutrition Month

What we eat plays a big role in how energized and focused we feel throughout the day. This month, Purolator Health is spotlighting simple, practical nutrition habits balanced meals (protein + whole grains + fruits/veg), steady hydration, and smart snacks to help support consistent energy and avoid mid-day slumps. Small, consistent choices can make a meaningful difference in both physical energy and mental clarity. —————————————————————————————————————— Help fuel a child’s school day with Breakfasts 4 Kids. Donate in person (spare change in your department’s jar) or online through the Breakfasts 4 Kids fundraising page. Your support helps kids arrive at school ready to learn because no child should start the day hungry.
