Are you passionate about health and wellbeing? Do you actively practice self-care and want to share your knowledge with others? Can you encourage and support your colleagues to put their health first? If this sounds like you, you’d be an excellent Wellbeing Champion (WC)!

What is a Wellbeing Champion?

Wellbeing Champions are team members who will raise awareness of wellness activities and promote healthy lifestyles and positive mental health across the Purolator network. Our goal is to have a WC in every terminal!

Purolator Heath roadshow visits Ville Saint-Pierre!

The Purolator Health roadshow is on the move and stopped in Montreal to visit the Ville St-Pierre team! Dillon Lloyd, Courier and Professional BMX rider kicked things off with a health and safety moment.
Joining us was True North Small Business Grant finalist Skateboards for Hope – with a mission to break the cycle of poverty by using skateboarding as a tool to bring kids together. They shared a lesson in skateboarding and how it teaches self-reliance, perseverance and problem-solving skills.
