Take a Break Tuesday

Take a 15 minute break during your workday to improve your overall wellbeing, allow yourself to refocus, and increase productivity. Join us monthly for a guided session of gentle movement, full body stretches and beginner yoga inspired poses. No equipment is required, however please try to find a soft floor space or yoga mat if possible
