Stretch and Release

This class is intended to open your whole body and improve your mobility, flexibility, and coordination. We will work toward a full range of motion exercises targeting your deep connective tissue. Appropriate for all levels of experience and flexibility.

Catherine started practicing yoga in 2000, pursuing her yoga certification soon after. She has been a long-standing member of Yoga Alliance International, advancing her knowledge with an emphasis on yoga and meditation as therapy tools.
