Registration Required: Join us on May 7th at 12:30 PM (ET) at Head Office or from the comfort of your home for a special Mental Health and Safety Week Art Class. Facilitated by Belinda-Ageda, a devoted visual artist and leader in therapeutic arts, this workshop will introduce you to some quick, fun, and easy self-care practices using mindfulness, pens, and papers. 

Discover how your creativity can foster mindfulness and how simple artistic tools can be used for personal reflection and relaxation. Belinda-Ageda will guide you through these processes, drawing from her vast experience as an educator and her deep appreciation for the rich tapestry of culture and nature.
