    In celebration of Black History Month, Dr. Chugh joined by Dr. Titilayo Olupona, Executive Health Physician at Cleveland Clinic Canada, as they discuss the importance of Black health and wellness, and some of the barriers that Black people face in accessing health care. Born in Nigeria and fluent in Yoruba, Dr. Olupona has lived in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Inspired by her father, who is an OB/GYN, Dr. Olupona knew she wanted to go into the field of medicine at an early age and is dedicated to helping her patients live healthier lives.

Nadia has been working as a physician for over twenty years, first as a family physician and later as a psychiatrist.
