In celebration of #MentalHealthWeek2022, Dr. Chugh will joined Dr. Nadia Aleem. Nadia has been working as a physician for over twenty years, first as a family physician and later as a psychiatrist. She currently specializes in occupational mental health and works at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health. Dr. Chugh and Dr. Aleem educated and inspired all employees on ways to break down barriers, dispel stigma and support yourself and others through education, empathy, and practical tips.
