Take 30 minutes out of your day to focus on your wellbeing and give your body a chance to reset. This guided session will include beginner-friendly yoga poses, gentle stretches, and simple relaxation techniques to help reduce stress and improve flexibility. No equipment is required, just find a soft floor space or yoga mat if possible and join in.
