In today’s always-on world, stress can quietly stack up and it gets harder to truly switch off. This session is a quick, guided reset to help you release tension, refocus your mind, and recharge your body in the middle of your day.

Expect gentle movement, full-body stretches, and beginner-friendly yoga-inspired poses, plus simple relaxation techniques you can use anytime (even on the busiest days). No equipment needed just try to find a bit of soft floor space or a yoga mat if you can.
