Monthly Strength and Conditioning Classes

Add an active break to your day!

Join us for a 40-minute strength and conditioning class. The session is structured for maximum impact:

·       20 minutes of lower body exercises.

·       20 minutes of upper body training.

Join for part, or all the class. Your core will stay engaged throughout, helping you build strength and improve balance.

This class is open to all fitness levels, and no equipment is required. Optional modifications for equipment use will also be provided.

Led by our own Randi Hudson, owner of Shred University and PI expert, this energizing session is designed to get you moving and feeling great.

*All Purolator employees and their families are welcome. The session will take place in English (with French subtitles).
